[Jim Austin wrote this as a comment, but since he said “Frank, feel free to post where most appropriate,” I’m taking him at his word. -Frank]
I’ve often noted that my guidance is not very verbal; thus what comes though is not ‘leading edge’ information like Frank’s posts. ‘We’ seem much more prone to analysis and integration, and these last several weeks of posts (since 6/3) have presented a lot of ideas/concepts that have (slowly) come together in ways I find useful in daily life.
TGU’s discussion touches on (what are to me) three levels:
1. the existence of my non-3D ‘parts’ and how ‘we’ do and can relate and integrate,
2. the existence of the larger self that ‘I’ and many other ‘lifetimes’ form/are part of,
3. the existence of a ‘grouping’ of larger selves that ‘my’ larger self is part of.
The seamless oneness of consciousness and life has been much discussed; at the same time the value of dividing things for discussion and understanding has been noted. Us 3D’ers can well understand the “It’s all One/look at this piece” tension; how often do you practice one note in learning to play a musical instrument … to then play music ‘seamlessly’? (Substitute sports, art, or any other life skill; learning pieces that integrate into a ‘seamless’ whole seems to be the 3D process of learning.)
The list above is in decreasing order importance to me; interactions with ‘other’ larger selves may be going on, but at this point I’m not aware of it or particularly interested. Awareness of and connection with my larger self is what TGU has been discussing these last several weeks, so I’ve been trying to ‘feel’ that. And that work has made me much more aware of the first item: those non-3D components of my ‘self’, and their importance and increasing value in my life as I learn to ‘use’ them consciously. This has brought an interesting analogy that explains (in part) what TGU is up to.
When we raise children we make ‘meaningless’ noises in playing with them, move their arms/legs/fingers/toes in ‘meaningless’ ways, hang ‘meaningless’ bits of paper and toys over their cribs; all in fun but no meaning … right? Well no … all of those activities are vitally important to an infant’s development; little intrinsic meaning, but great functional meaning! The child is using all that input (and more) in learning to integrate those many systems (sight, hearing, touch, etc.) into a working whole human being.
I get that (far beyond) the thematic content of TGU’s words, this steam of information is meant to help us 3D’ers integrate with our non-3D components. (6/22) “it is about your growth not so much as an individual in 3D as it is about you as a developing “individual” in non-3D, learning through your 3D component.” That has ever-increasing value in 3D life too, and (I believe) is the path leading to greater awareness of and connection with my larger self.
So I take in TGU’s words, working to make them real but not worrying about ‘understanding’; by experience I know many ‘parts’ of ‘me’ are listening and working to make them real and useful at all levels. “In practice, you will find that your possibilities always expand to the extent that you live those you already recognized.”

And you affect the rest of us as well with your good thoughts. From TGU:
“You, reader, being altered by recognizing a truer way of seeing things, will affect others who interact with you, regardless if you recognize it while it is happening (for you too are being used as an aid to waking people up to things that will resonate within them), regardless whether you ever hear about who they in turn affect, regardless how many years down the chain your little ripple affects things. That is one point, your influence on others, sought or unsought, recognized or not, merely and inevitably because you change.”
Thank you.
John
And:
” So I take in TGU`s words, working to make them real but not worrying about `understanding`; by experience I know many `parts` of `me` are “listening” and working to make them real and useful at all levels. Ditto to what Jim and John says here. Thank you very much.
