Orphans’ Dinner at the New Land — set up for 18 people whose families are elsewhere. This year, as last year, I cooked the turkey and dressing and provided the space.

Come on Frank – a bit more please. You see us here in Australia do not celebrate Thansgiving and the concept of it has always fascinated me. I would love to have heard a lot more – who came, what gets cooked at Thanksgiving, who brings what!! LOL! I’ve read a lot about it but there’s nothing like hearing about it from “real” people that I know.
Ah Frank! And I thought you’d never ask!! After my Christmas of roast emu and barbequed wombats – not rabbits, I’ll be sure to send you detailed recipes!
