F: 5:10 a.m. Here we go again. Shall we begin as you advised me to yesterday, Miss Rita, with queued-up questions, or do you have something different in mind today?
R: Everything connects. I think you will find, in the long run, that one’s plans and short-term maneuverings mean little as opposed to one’s deeper motivations and interests. So, it amounts to saying, do what you want to do and you will wind up expressing who you are, and therefore and thereby, what you want to do. It is how we live when the ever-moving-present-moment goad and stimulus is removed from the equation.
F: I hadn’t thought of that. It sort of implies that if one has no internal compass, one can only be blown about by the winds.
R: Well, it might be more helpful to put it this way: Once beyond 3D time as it is experienced, your array of choice is much expanded, and this has both agreeable and disagreeable aspects. For those who have never had enough time to do everything they wanted to do, it is freedom. For those whose life was internal tedium stemming from lack of internal resources or direction, it can be a harsh and empty desert. But either of these extremes is much modified, of course, to the extent that the newly arrived soul is in greater touch with the rest of itself, for all those other influences will modulate and to some degree contradict any extreme reaction.
F: But in any case it means that preference, individual will, self-direction, is important to our afterlife.
R: To our continued, expanded, life, yes. The new Marine just out of boot camp has been repaid for his recently endured hardships by a greatly strengthened self-reliance and a tightly formed or perhaps re-formed sense of self. So it is with compound beings emerging from the 3D life that shaped or re-shaped them. (And just for the sake of a complete statement, I remind you and your readers that in my context, “3D” or “Earth” when used generically includes all matter, not only one planet.)
F: Understood.
R: We may return to this particular aspect of post-3D existence at another time. Meanwhile, let’s clear the queue a bit.
F: All right. How about this one?
[An emailed question from a person who had an unsettling experience with relatives and felt betrayed: She is “wondering what in my shadow land brought this about now. I can only hope with patience and time I will be less distraught and angry. Last night, I confronted my brother in a dream. Despite all my work on forgiving, rationalizing etc. I felt a deep betrayal from him.”]
R: Perhaps consider this. There is actually no hurrying psychic processes beyond a certain point, any more than there is a hurrying of physical healing beyond a certain rate. This is not an absolutely true statement – for miracles occur, and in the absence of miracles, still one can do better or worse at helping the process of healing – but relatively it is true. I’d say, simply, be patient with yourself and hold your intent at healing, and give yourself and the universe time, remembering that you will rarely have the full story of what is going on or why it takes time.
F: Okay, here’s another, from a friend I met at a TMI course:
[Craig Hendricks:
[Maybe I don’t quite understand the idea of a personality that fully forms/develops (crystalizes?) or does not. As a medium, when we hold Healing Circles, everyone who comes in to assist the 3D person at the center of the Circle is obviously fully formed and continuing. I have yet to see any circle where the entire non-3D family, of the focus of the circle, does not show up. Admittedly, I have only a relatively small population of examples. However, I find it unimaginable that what we are experiencing is not the norm. At least, at that stage, everyone and their entire non-3D family must be fully formed and continuing as set personalities. Strands, if you will. Am I missing something from what has been discussed before?]
R: This is more a problem of language than a misunderstanding. Think of the personalities that do not crystallize as merely potential that did not actualize, and you will get a useful concept. It isn’t strictly accurate, but it will give you an approximately true idea that will be useful.
F: A horseback approximation.
R: Well, a slurring-over of non-productive complications. It isn’t that I couldn’t say more, but that the “more” wouldn’t be of any use; certainly not at this stage. We’re still always improving our grasp of A by B and of B by A, remember. The thing for Craig to remember that will help him now as he wrestles with these concepts is that his perceptions are right and the theoretical complications that language poses are merely theoretical, merely abstractions. To encounter an uncrystallized being would be as likely and as useful as encountering an unlived potential. It might be interesting and it might flesh out an understanding, but you couldn’t do anything with it. That’s enough on this for now.
F: Okay. We’re in clean-up mode, I see, for sure. Next?
[Chey:
[I’m still not clear on crystallizing. Can Rita give us a definition of “holding it together”? What does that feel like, what are the steps to do that, how can we know if we’re ‘on the beam’ to accomplish that?]
R: Again, language is making something that should be intuitively obvious into an unfamiliar-seeming idea. Ground all this in your lives, and you’ll get the idea seemingly automatically.
Your life, as you live it day by day, is the “holding it together.” Dealing with your own internal difficulties (that will often seem external, or at least caused by externals) is the work you are here to do. It isn’t anything more complicated or alien than that.
F: Next?
[Jim Price:
[I wonder if Rita has more to say on: to become better acquainted with unknown parts of yourself… to communicate with your body’s intelligences…not only what you think of as guidance but other modifying intelligences as well. This was in regards to health practices — her suggestion that communication and connection are more valuable than seeking out a specific healing modality (or as a way of enhancing any chosen healing modality). In some ways, this is an ongoing process — I’m not sure we’re likely to become conscious of all our modifying intelligences. I do understand her point about not being concerned with definitions, more to be open to what is available and connect there (here). But the point in asking is to prime the pump on the topic.]
R: Live trusting life. That’s all that needs to be said here. Trusting life means expanding to everything within you, to the limit of your draw, and then being okay with stopping, too. There is no point in providing more words; they will only blur the point, for this is not an intellectual process, but a decision to be lived. Live trusting life, and you will be drawn to what you need.
F: I don’t know if it is our joint mind or what, but all these answers seem self-evident, this morning.
R: To quote you quoting that novel, “There is hope for you.”
F: Very funny. Okay, part two of Jim’s question:
[PS Carl Jung had a saying (paraphrase): “What is unconscious really is unconscious.” His point was: what we don’t see — we really don’t see (perceive). But the pump that connects to the well can be primed… Everything in your life is defined by your presence or absence of communication (another quote from that session that is good on its own, but might also benefit from expansion). Everything… This goes beyond mindfulness, and even mystic participation — mindfully connecting with each aspect of our lives as presented or emerging as a process of communication (which implies interchange).]
R: Not really a question. All I wish to add is a corollary that may not be obvious to some: Since you cannot make the unconscious entirely conscious, any more than you could put the ocean into a teacup, it should follow that – you don’t need to!
F: In other words, too much intellectualizing may get in the way.
R: That, and also, you automatically have whatever you need, whether or not you realize it. As I said, trust your life.
F: Okay, here’s another.
[John Wolf:
[I was going to ask about the nature of our Earth relationships with each other, such as a family, as we transition and become more aware of our greater beings and other aspects of non-3D. Then it hit me that these relationships were not created in 3D alone as we perceive it on Earth, but in non-3D to begin with. That puts a different perspective on the way we look at “family”. So the question is, when being formulated in non-3D, what is the nature of the thinking or other action that results in what we see as an Earth family, or any other tightly knit group of people in physical reality?]
R: It should be clear how much you and I and everyone reading this owe Charles for his diligence and perception, to provide us the raw material thus prepared.
F: I agree, of course.
R: In this particular case, I am going to set the question aside, though. It is not only a theoretical question of no immediate practical application, but one that requires too much background that has not yet been supplied and perhaps never will be supplied (depending upon where we go, and for how long, etc.). But it is a productive question and some who are drawn to it will be able to find their own answers, and [further] questions, by working with it.
I will defer, too, Al [Dahlberg]’s questions on the TMI Explorers program. That will go better as a session in itself, not as the tail-end of this session. Let’s go with one of Charles’ own.
[Charles:
[What do beings that have had 3D experiences, but not on earth, add to a 3D life on earth?]
F: Skipping one, as I had the sense that this is the one you wanted.
R: It is easiest to deal with in these few minutes. The short answer is, everything that is different.
F: I get the entertaining sense of an extended family that has married into different ethnic traditions and has thereby become somewhat diffuse and varied over time.
R: You – you in 3D, Frank, not you in particular – tend to exaggerate the differences between humans and ETs, as if there were an absolute difference between someone living in Ohio and one in California, or between either and a Patagonian or a Mongol. Yes, there are all kinds of regional, ethnic, cultural, racial differences that may be regarded as obstacles or as spice to relationship, but there is no absolute difference.
F: No “great gulf fixed.”
R: No. Think of yourselves as extended family, and bear in mind that your own “internal” expanded family – part of the particular “you” of you – may well include incarnations present past or future in other places that you in Earth 3D may never encounter or suspect or (in any case) recognize. From here, you’re all – we’re all – cousins.
And that will have to do it for the morning.
F: You did a lot. Okay, Rita, thanks as always.
Hi Frank ~ This is an aside really. I was woken again at 4:44am this morning to write from my Higher Self, a conversation that has been ongoing for years. I also write in a notebook rather than on the computer most of the time. One of the things that assures me that I have contact is that when my H.S. writes my penmanship is much better!!! This is very helpful as it is legible
…and again, thanks to Frank and Rita for these Q and A sessions…the expression, in response to Jim Price’s question: “Live trusting life,” is especially meaningful for me. This, and the explanation about “holding it together” by just living my life as best I can. This latter is helpful to me, and gets me out of my “old” tendency of “wondering who’s RIGHT” (I felt I was never very good at debates, if the debates were purely based on the Rules of Logic–I’m no “logician”!)
Good food for thought, as I continue my preps for my TMI adventure…
Craig
Strikes me that message may have been just about perfect as a course-correction as you get ready for TMI. Gee, what a surprise. 🙂
Many thanks to you both again and for addressing areas I am still exploring and very curious to learn about.
When Rita mentioned not knowing the full story or possibly never knowing what brings in some of our conflicts and the need for healing especially in relationships I recalled trying to read several of Edgar Cayce’s works that often attributed some of these issues to past lives and relations from them. I had a personal dislike of his explanation, maybe I wasn’t open or ready for it, but may go back there now.
Allowing healing without any time constraints was a great reminder here. My curiosity was part of how I got on this spiritual journey. I am still interested in a better understanding of what the questions regarding family choices out of 3D will bring and mass events as well.
There were several of late the loss of the children in Nigeria, the plane crash that got me wondering how and why these dramas occur. I recall Bob touching on this topic but will have to look back at his work.
many thanks Louisa
Thank you Frank and Rita for answering these various questions. There is so much rich information in these blog posts that I am still in the process of digesting and formulating questions to some of the earlier ones.
I do have questions relating to two quotes from the Sphere and the Hologram that could perhaps be added to the queue:
“While you’re in the body, you have the ability to mingle with others of very vastly different vibratory levels, and we do not.”
“People have direct experiences of God. They don’t have to go through us to God. And we don’t know what that experience is, necessarily, and they don’t necessarily know, but people recognize something that’s real.”
Can Rita expand on this? Can she tell us more about the importance to our non-3D component of our ability in the 3D to mingle with others of vastly different vibratory levels? How does a direct experience of God in the 3D affect the non-3D component?
I
Good questions, and rather than taking a horseback stab at them here, I’ll forward them to Charles so that he has something else to prevent me from sleeping late. 🙂
